Dr. Jennifer Bracey
Dr. Jennifer Bracey is a highly performed medical professional. She has worked in some of the most prestigious medical institutions in the country and has been recognized for her teaching and patient care achievements. Her experience at Emory University School of Medicine was highly fulfilling. Still, her personal life beckoned her back to Charleston in the summer of 2017, where she accepted a position as Assistant Professor of Medicine at Medical University South Carolina.
Dr. Bracey was a "Master Clinical Skills Teacher" at MUSC, where she taught physical examination to second-year medical students and guided them through differential diagnosis and clinical reasoning tasks. She also led the Fundamentals of Patient Care course for first-year medical students. Bracey received the Michael C. Assey Attending of the Year award at MUSC and the Leonard Tow Humanism in Medicine award from the Gold Humanism Honor Society.
Jennifer spent several happy years teaching and interacting with students and residents at MUSC. She is grateful for the positive feedback she received from her learners, reflected in their highest assessments.
